3-Day Rotating Carnivore-ish Meal Plan (120g Protein/Day)

For Postmenopausal Women Focused on Gut Health, Energy & Lean Muscle

🥩 Day 1

Breakfast

  • 3 eggs scrambled in ghee

  • 2 oz beef liver

  • 1 tbsp sauerkraut

  • Collagen in coffee (10g)

Lunch

  • 5 oz grilled salmon

  • 2 oz ground lamb

  • 1 oz feta

  • Handful arugula with olive oil (optional)

Snack

  • Bone broth + 1 boiled egg

  • 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt

Dinner

  • 6 oz ribeye steak

  • Sautéed mushrooms (optional)

  • 1 oz cheddar

Protein: ~120g

Breakfast

  • 2 eggs + 2 yolks in butter

  • 2 slices turkey or pork bacon

  • 1 tbsp kimchi

  • Collagen in tea or coffee

Lunch

  • 6 oz sardines or mackerel

  • 1 oz goat cheese

  • 2–3 cucumber slices (optional)

Snack

  • Bone broth

  • 1 boiled egg

  • 1 scoop clean whey isolate (if needed)

Dinner

  • 5 oz chicken thighs (skin on)

  • 2 oz beef heart

  • ½ avocado (optional)

Protein: ~120g

 

🥩 Day 3

Breakfast

  • Omelet with 3 eggs + 1 oz cheese

  • 2 oz sausage (clean ingredients)

  • Fermented pickles

  • Collagen in coffee

Lunch

  • 6 oz ground beef (grass-fed)

  • 1 oz aged cheddar or goat cheese

  • Optional: spinach in butter

Snack

  • Bone broth + 1 boiled egg

  • 1 tbsp kefir or Greek yogurt

Dinner

  • 6 oz grilled trout or salmon

  • 1 oz organ meat or liver pâté

  • Optional: sautéed zucchini

Protein: ~120g
