Hi, I’m Tanya — mum of two, founder of The Midlife Reboot and Vibrant Living Academy, and a wellness coach with over 30 years of experience helping women reconnect with their bodies, ditch diet drama, and finally feel free around food.

For years, I used food to stuff down emotions I didn’t want to feel. I’d “be good” all day, only to lose control at night—grabbing snacks I didn’t need and then punishing myself with intense workouts or guilt. Willpower never worked. Restriction only made things worse. I felt stuck in a cycle of cravings, emotional eating, and self-judgment.

Until I discovered a new approach—one rooted in nervous system regulation, nourishment, and compassion.
