Hi, I'm Tanya, a mum of 2 and founder of the Vibrant Living Academy which includes programs such as The Midlife Reboot.

I have over 30+ years' experience in the health & wellness field as a personal trainer, fitness/pilates instructor, Behaviour Change Coach, PNL1 Nutrition Coach, Pain-free Movement Specialist, Fascia Rolling and more!!

I help women over 35 uncover unhealthy habits that are no longer serving them. During this Midlife Reboot program and coahicngake peace with their body, reduce their aches and pains, increase energy & vitality by sharing everything I've learned 

I ate too much sugar for decades and didn't care about my gut, hormones, blood sugar levels..... I just wanted to stop being controlled by cravings and out of control eating. I thought I had to use diets, willpower and restriction when what I had to do was start by taking simple shifts & learn the skills to address the stubborn fat, balance my blood sugars and love myself & have fun in the process!!  

You may resonate with this mentality, which was my thought pattern for years...

1) Find the quickest thing that would drop weight without considering the damage I was doing to my hormones, metabolism and health in general.

2) Not wanting to believe that diet attempts are destructive and restrictive (and somewhat addictive as we keep repeating them hoping they will work) and that when we finally can't take it anymore, the weight reappears plus other symptoms (that we may not yet notice!!)

3) That the root cause of my weight and unhealthy decisions didn't matter because I didn't want to take the time to learn what I thought were boring skills and unnecessary for long-term success. In other words, I was impatient.

4) Wanted to pretend that the negative effects of dieting didn't apply to me. These negative effects include: depriving you of energy; destroying your muscle mass (your most important capital when it comes to long lasting fat loss); your brain health; hormonal health and impact of long-term results.

My dream for you is to step out of the diet culture and enjoy the journey of healing yourself so that you can feel the flatness through your midsection, sleep better, stress less, reduce your cravings and so much more. I’ve transformed my body & calmed my mind using the techniques I'm going to share with you.  I am now in my 50’s and so thankful that I added these steps into my daily routine as I’m reaping many benefits such as a sense of calm, control around food, decreased bloat and gassiness and decreased my cravings and getting rid of STUBBORN fat while enjoying amazing sleeps.
