Hi, I'm Tanya, a mum of 2 and founder of The Willis Method & Vibrant Living Membership.

I have over 30+ years' experience in the health & wellness field as a personal trainer, fitness/pilates instructor, Behaviour Change Coach, PNL1 Nutrition Coach, Pain-free Movement Specialist and more!!

I was a sugar addict for decades and didn't care about my gut. I just wanted to stop being controlled by cravings and out of control eating. I thought I had to use willpower and restriction when what I had to do was start by healing my gut. So I made it fun and my bloated belly and embarrassing "toots" have diminished GREATLY and in the process my cravings decreased and I got control of my food.

My dream for you is to enjoy the journey of healing yourself so that you can feel the flatness through your midsection, not be the "tooty-gassy" one and reduce your cravings.
