Packed full of very useful tips to help you eliminate cravings and stop overeating.   About 20 years ago Michael gained a lot of weight.  Tried every diet; failed every diet.  Like all dieters, he had to endure the deprivation, the constant vigilance, and the math, OMG THE MATH! He had to count those calories, weigh these products, measure those foods, calculate the fat, subtract the salt, divide the carbs, it was exhausting.  And it didn’t work! Diets have a 95% failure rate.  Only 5% of people succeed in dieting. 5%! Would you get in a car that had a 5% chance of getting to your destination?   The more he tried the techniques that you will hear about in this podcast, the more weight he lost. 20 lbs and 2 pants sizes, to be exact.
