My clients have lost upwards of 60 lbs and it's when they started working with me and let go of their weight and focused on their health and habits that the weight came off FOR GOOD.

 

We ditched a specific weight loss number and changed the focus to habits. 

Instead of focusing on a number, we focused on how they wanted to feel. 

Let me ask you this. 

Do you want to weigh 150 lbs (or pick your goal weight)? 

Or do you want to wake up each day happy, confident and comfortable around food and your body? 

When you decide to start working on the kind of PERSON you want to be and how you want to feel, changes come more naturally.  

My clients stop trying to fix themselves with food and random numbers and food plans. 

My clients stop doing anything they can to lose weight, disregarding whether or not it was sustainable or if they even liked it. 

Instead we focused on habits and the little things that felt good and were doable.

Many of my clients can't write down what they eat because they beat themselves up over it. 

They make the food mean something about them. 

They make it mean they're broken and can never change. 

That's because they're focusing too much on what they WEIGH and not enough on building a better relationship with themselves....on the PERSON.

And when I talk with other women they feel that way too. So, I delved further into holistic health – the emotional, mental and physical – wrote a book, and have been in this field for many years helping countless women.


I discovered that by being smarter, not working harder, I could get the results I wanted and also for my clients. It started with some really small shifts that I will share with you over time. With this new knowledge, I felt ALIVE, VIBRANT and COMFORTABLE in my own skin. And my clients felt this way too!

My mission is to continue to help women step into the body they WANT. To feel confident & sexy, in control of their food choices and have their clothes fit just as they should while having the energy to live a VIBRANT life.
