Wed Sept 17th 9am - Happy Feet – using rollers, balls and bands to improve flexibility and strength in the feet and lower legs. This class improves hips, knees & lower back

 Wed Sept 24th 9am - Sexy Sides - using rollers, balls, weights and you, we will strengthen and stretch our sides with pilates, yoga & more

Wed Oct 1st 9am - Upper Body - using a variety of equipment and moves we will strengthen and stretch with pilates, yoga & more

Wed Oct 8th 9am - Lower Body - using a variety of equipment and moves we will strengthen and stretch with pilates, yoga & more

New session begins 10 classes $250 plus tax or $30 per class (small class sizes)

Wed Oct 22nd 9am - Happy Hands - enjoy the freedom of movement, less achy & stiff after all the fun moves we do with our hands

Wed Oct 29th 9am - Lower Back Love - stretch and strengthen your lower back 

Wed Nov 12th 9am - Twists - Prepare your body for all the twists you do each day. When we are prepared for life, less injuries and aches happen

Wed Nov 19th 9am - Core & More - a fun class engaging you core and overall muscles

Wed Nov 26th 9am - Happy Hips - a fun class to open our hips using a variety of equipment

Wed Dec 3rd 9am - Abs - work your abs using a variety of equipment

Wed Dec 10th 9am - Perfect Posture - aches & pains happen because we are out of alignment - this class addresses alignment

Wed Dec 17th 9am - Relax & Unwind - ahhh, let's reset our nervous system, tap into our breath and release tension from our minds & body

Wed Jan 7th 9am - All Things Back - wonderful class to straighten up our posture   

Wed Jan 14th 9am -  Long Lean Legs  - strengthening and stretching our legs
