Moon + Menopause Rhythms
🌓 The Waxing Moon – August 1–9
We’re currently in the waxing phase of the moon—moving from New Moon toward Full. According to health visionary Barbara Wren, this is the Building Phase. It’s a time when your body is most receptive to nourishment, strength-building, and cellular repair.
🗓 Dates: August 1–9
🌙 Moon signs: Scorpio → Sagittarius → Capricorn → Aquarius
🌊 Theme: Absorb, rebuild, strengthen
This is your green light to charge your mitochondria, build strength, and remineralize your tissues.
✅ Movement:

Prioritize gentle resistance training and Pilates.

Barefoot walking connects you to the Earth’s grounding energy—especially supportive when the moon is in Scorpio or Capricorn.

On August 9, we reach the Full Moon in Aquarius. This is the most expansive, illuminating time of the month. Think of it like a cosmic spotlight—shining on whatever’s ready to be seen, released, or celebrated.
Aquarius is all about vision, community, innovation, and freedom. So you might find yourself craving connection, dreaming of new futures, or wanting to break out of old patterns—especially social ones.

Dance under the moonlight—literally or metaphorically!

Practice long holds in yoga or stretch with intention. Breathe deeply.

Join a group class or circle—Aquarius loves community healing.
✅ Nutrition:
