Moving and opening up your hips has amazing positive effects on your body.
 
In just 5 minutes you will get blood flowing to your hips and lower back which will reduce some built up tension and stiffness from sitting.
 
So get up, press play and move those hips. You don't need to change and you can adapt these moves to what feels good for you. The point is, get moving and do what you can do,
 
Your hips are the most important joint in your body. It is the foundation of movement for your entire body. If your hip joints are moving freely then they absorb the shock of your actions. If they are tight, the shock is absorbed by other areas less able to cope with it, like your back, knees and neck. This results in pain and stiffness.
